Sarah was commissioned by Sky Arts to design this year’s statuette for the Sky Arts Awards.
Her concept was paying it forward in the form of a Matryoshka doll. The winner receives the main statuette, then there are 2 further awards inside that they can give away. The first one says ‘if not for you’. This award they give to someone they want to thank, who has been integral to their work. The smallest one says ‘I see something in you’. This one is for them to give to an up and coming talent, to encourage them to keep going.

Sarah also gave an interview about the design live with Grayson Perry! Click image below to view.
