Double Life
Museum Arnhem
3rd October 2026 - 4th April 2027
It's the first major solo exhibition of Sarah Maple in a Dutch museum. The exhibition presents a broad overview of Maple’s oeuvre from the past 20 years: from her early, photographic works on Islam and representation, to her later feminist paintings and recent installations on motherhood and cultural connection. The museum will also present a new painting, created by Maple specifically for the exhibition, which will be added to the collection after the show closes.
